Its the original stage from Super Smash Bros Melee, based on the same town from Earthbound / Mother 2.
The map Contains moving cars and music. The map name is fy_onett.

You WILL need Counter-strike: Source in order to have the right sky textures.

I cannot change anything about the map so please do not ask

Is there a way to disable or stop the stupid cars from coming? I want to take screenshots in this map, but the cars never leave the map even for just 5 seconds.
