Beskrivning
The Banaue Rice Terraces of Ifugao Province, Philippines are a series of Rice Terraces carved into the hillsides.They were first carved in the first century CE, and have since expanded across the region to the point where the length of terraces would reach half way around the Earth. The terraces are irrigated by an intricate system developed by the ancient culture from the rainforests higher up the slopes. Ingame, the Banaue Rice Terraces provide two sources of the Rice luxury resource and +4 Food, while it requires The Wheel and must be built in a city on a hill tile.

Requires the Gods & Kings expansion pack, and credit to Co-authors Sukritact for the icons and Chris Sifniotis for the Civilopedia text.
Updated 24 February 2013 - removed dual requirement of hill and mountain. Now only requires Hill tile.

Yeah, I'd say giving one untradable rice unit or a tradable single would make more sense. Wonders that provide these kinds of resources can be much more powerful than what they seem to be from a glance.

I disagree with the previous commenter, I think it's only reasonable that it gives 2 copies of a luxury instead of one. The Indonesian UA would be terrible if it only gave 1 copy of each - you could neither freely trade it away when playing them nor buy it at a reasonable price from an AI. And playing on higher difficulties, a 'free town' is not happening anyway considering this wonder comes so early that the AI will build it before you can even begin to research the wheel...

I personally love your work, I can't believe how many different wonder's you've released so far! They really mix up the game quite a bit. :) Thank you, your effort is much appreciated!

But what's the point in having a monopoly on a resource if you can't trade it? Indonesia's UA has them get two copies of a resource, not one. And that's three unique resources, not just the one which this wonder has
