Well мой друг, It might be tricky both to understand and explain but there is a set limit of minutes for each map. At the end of each round that lasted x minutes that number will go down by x. ( 25 minutes - x). Map changes only if one of the teams reach 3 points (pre set point cap) or whenever there isnt enough minutes left in the pool. And that's why sometimes there are maps with 4 rounds and sometimes with 5 rounds.
