Seattle : Emerald City (Vanilla Roads)

As requested, it is the same map as the one previously edited ( http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=949322062 ) but without Mass Transit highways. If you have the choice take the other version.
I change the 4 lanes by the 3 lanes, the 2 lanes used in intersections by 1 lane... Hope it work as well ! If you use mod like Network Roads Extension, fell free to edit the map and change as you want.
