Super Dugong

The Super Dugong is the prototype for a technically advanced, cheap to manufacture submarine, which utilizes the lost art of microcontroller technology.

It features a central computer which optimzies all aspects of operation:
* Reactor controller
* Ballast controller
* Electrical system controller
* Integrated caution and warning system
* Door controller

It has low power consumption when idle, and has a rather small reactor.
It's fully and automatically battery backed when the reactor is offline.

It has many controls and displays. Good luck figuring out how they work!
