I’m having an issue: after installing a skill module, the mech’s skill level doesn’t increase.

This is a bit weird
I think the numbers for the work modules are not reflected correctly.
For the construction module, the power consumption is +35%, but the construction speed is reflected as -50%.
I think that the work efficiency should increase as the power consumption increases.
I think that is not what was intended... Am I right?
