Mostly no, it's an assembly line so skill is irrelevant; blessing and a curse. However a random "lead" pawn is chosen when an item is complete to be its creator and it triggers any normal code that would happen on completion.
> Do pawns gain skill experience at all?
It's plausible the lead pawn will get xp sometimes but it depends what's made and the leader is always random.
> Tips for using the menu
Errrr, have a bigger screen XD sorry, I'm dreadful at UI. It should work with dubs tho, I'll try and fix that when I have time.
Uninstalling the Gene Fabrication mod made the factory Add Bill usable, as all the genes were showing up before.
I'm still trying to find out Dubs Mint Menu
Does the pawn skills matter? Do pawns gain skill experience at all?
also are there any tips for using the Add Bill menu? There's too much stuff because of the other mods I have installed and Dubs Mint Menus aren't working with it to give me the scrollable/searchable stuff I am used to workstations.
