Tested with Graveyard of Empires/Countenance v1.16.5.e690(b65d) Release.
- Added Modern and Ice Carriers when their projects complete.
- Lowered all carrier hull costs, and all deck space costs.
- Removed penalty for over 4 carriers in a task force - I think.

Tested with Götterdämmerung/Kaiser v1.15.4.32b6(3889) Release and KR version 1.4.3 "All the Russias".

- Integrated RadMolPL's awesome "Topviews" for available carriers. Many thanks to RadMolPL.
- Added new graphics for Large and Small carrier plane hangars.
- Streamlined the Ship Designer Module menus for Hangar Decks and Deck Armor.
- Added various different highlight colors for carrier modules (planes & guns).

Adds Light Carrier Hulls (3 levels - '36, '40, and '44) and one Escort Carrier hull (1 level - '32) for nations that have carrier tech available.
Adds "Small Hangar Deck" (10 planes) and "Large Hangar Deck" (30 planes) with new graphics for certain carrier slots.
Adds "Improved" and "Advanced" Flight Deck Armor and let you build lots of it if you want to.
Increases aircraft capacity of most Carrier hulls, from Escort Carrier (30 planes), up to '44 Light Carrier (160 planes), and '44 Fleet Carrier a massive 200 planes.
Adds a decision for FRA, GER, ITA, and SOV to build and equip 3 starting carriers with planes if they research carrier conversions.
Keeps the 1936 carriers for ENG/JAPAN/USA (Ark Royal, Soryu, Yorktown classes) the same to stay Treaty-legal but adds slots for more upgrades post-treaty.
Assigns custom ship name lists for Fleet, Light, and Escort Carriers for countries that had them.
Adds additional module slots to later hulls - allows both radar & sonar on Carriers for Anti-Submarine duty.
