Version 1.0.0a

This submod adds in the Radious Skill Dumps to the new Bloodline Lords, and the Wight King heroes. This submod should also be loaded before Radious and my Arkhan mod.

It's only usable with Radious, but I do have plans to add in a skill dump or at least make mine compatible with other skull dump mods.

Dumb sounding question but can this mod be used without radious (guessing not) and if not can we get a version that gives skill dumps without requiring radious?
