[WOTC] [FIXED] Clean TLE Weapons With Tiered Upgrades

Heya folks.
This is the fixed version of this mod which, due to some poor managing on my part, had to be reuploaded. If you're subscribed to that mod, UNSUBSCRIBE AND SUB TO THIS ONE INSTEAD. RUNNING BOTH AT ONCE WILL RESULT IN NEITHER WORKING.

For those new here, this mod gives the player a clean version of the conventional TLP weapons with visual attachments, but with a twist: attachments' models are now tiered! That means that a Basic Attachment will look different from a Superior or Advanced one!

All models have been done by that wonderful talented guy called Fudgekiownsall, I merely coded and packaged the mod for you to use.

• Three tiers of cleaned TLP conventional weapons with tiered attachments!
  
• Magnetic and Plasma variants will be automatically given to the player upon buying the relevant schematic, in a similar fashion to the actual TLP weapons.
  
• The mod includes a preconfigured WSR configuration file to hide unwanted tiers (or all, if you want this weapons to be used as ghost templates). WSR IS NOT VITAL FOR THIS MOD TO WORK, BUT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO HIDE WEAPONS WITHOUT IT.
  
• Each weapon's and weapon tier's number of upgrade slots can be configured in the configuration file.
  
• The weapons take their stats from the vanilla weapons, so if you modify them, all the changes are going to be applied to this weapons as well!

• Fudgekiownsall, for creating all the models and for being patient enough to withstand my rambling and not block me on sight (love u man)
