Born: Anakin Skywalker was born on the desert planet Tatooine to Shmi Skywalker. He had no biological father—his birth was seemingly the result of the Force itself, leading Jedi to believe he was the Chosen One, prophesied to bring balance to the Force.

Discovered: Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn discovered Anakin, impressed by his unusually high midi-chlorian count and skills. Qui-Gon believed Anakin was the Chosen One and brought him to the Jedi Council.

Training: Although the Council was reluctant, Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi promised to train Anakin after Qui-Gon’s death in The Phantom Menace.

Manipulated by Palpatine: Supreme Chancellor Palpatine (secretly Darth Sidious) exploited Anakin’s fears, promising him the power to save Padmé if he turned to the dark side.

Betrayal: Anakin became Darth Vader, led the assault on the Jedi Temple, and helped execute Order 66, wiping out most Jedi (Revenge of the Sith).

Final Duel with Obi-Wan: Obi-Wan confronted Vader on Mustafar. After a fierce duel, Obi-Wan left him gravely injured and burning. Palpatine rescued him and encased him in the iconic black suit.

Death and Redemption: Anakin died in Luke’s arms, redeemed. His spirit was later seen alongside Obi-Wan and Yoda as a Force ghost, finally at peace.
