Just an action-horror epic without peer !!!

One of the best games of Capcom, a high-quality product and a great experience.

-Storyline:
You will take on the role of Leon S. Kennedy in a mission to rescue the president's daughter Ashley Graham in a Spanish village. You will discover about the Los Illuminados organization and the Las Plagas parasite. The story will be told through cutscenes as well as notes we pick up along the journey.

-Context:
The Spanish countryside setting is substantially sinister, its pacing has been tightened to the point where hardly a single minute is wasted

-Gameplay:
The core of combat remains location damage, shooting enemies in the legs or head in order to stagger them then following up with melee attacks. A superb new addition is the ability to parry with your knife (though of course not all attacks can be parried).

-Characters:
+Leon S. Kennedy:
Our superstar, Leon, now a seasoned agent, exudes confidence and a touch of sarcasm that makes him relatable and charismatic. His journey in the remake is emotionally compelling, balancing his sense of duty with his care for Ashley. The updated visuals highlight his rugged appearance, showcasing the toll his mission takes on him. The combat animations and voice acting make him one of the most engaging protagonists in the series.

+Ashley Graham:
Ashley Graham’s portrayal in the remake has been a significant step up from the original. Visually, her updated design gives her a more grounded and relatable appearance. Her attire feels practical yet retains elegance, fitting her role as the president's daughter. She now exudes a more mature and humanized vibe, making her a character you genuinely want to protect.
In terms of gameplay, Ashley is much more helpful. She actively assists Leon by pointing out dangers, unlocking paths, and working with him in puzzles. She feels like a partner rather than a liability. Her interactions with Leon have been beautifully rewritten, showcasing a believable evolution in their bond—from initial fear and distrust to mutual respect and care. The moments of humor and vulnerability between the two add depth to her character and make her a standout in the remake.

I absolutely love her, my favourite female character ever


+Ada Wong:
A very very very sexy, cool, and strong woman. Ada remains a mysterious and enigmatic character, playing a pivotal role in the story's background. Her cool demeanor and confidence shine through. Her interactions with Leon and her agenda add depth to the narrative. Btw, I love her kick, its such a sexy loot action.

+Luis Sera:
Luis gains more narrative significance in the remake, with a fleshed-out backstory that makes him a standout character. His charm, wit, and underlying tragedy create a nuanced persona that resonates with players. The dynamic between him and Leon is well-executed, offering moments of humor and camaraderie. The remake’s changes make Luis more integral and memorable.

You were a fine knight, Don Quixote.

-Enemies:
So many enemy types on this game and they are continually shuffled so that you can never really settle into a one-size fits all strategy. Just as you’re comfortably pulling off headshots, they start wearing helmets to force you to target their legs. Then, once you’ve busted more kneecaps than a debt collector, they start coming back to life with deadly whipping tendrils sprouting out of their shoulders. Then, when you’ve figured out how to take out these terrifying mutations efficiently, you come face to face with a seemingly unstoppable monster that can regenerate every blown off body

-Weapons:
Resident Evil 4 gives you a growing number of guns that all feel great to use, from submachine guns to rocket launchers and the especially powerful magnums, and does its absolute best to ensure you’re leaving very little in the chamber after each frenzied firefight.

-The Mercenaries:
This mode retains its fast-paced, high-stakes action while introducing several improvements that make it feel fresh and modern. Players can choose from a variety of iconic characters, each with unique abilities and playstyles, such as Leon’s balanced combat skills, Luis’ dynamite traps, or Krauser’s devastating melee attacks. These distinct abilities add depth and encourage experimentation, keeping the mode engaging.
