If anyone has the same problem of receiving the DLC after purchase via the steam page. You just need to turn off wifi enter the game normally without steam, wait for the error to sign in, turn the wifi on and press the try again option, this time press the log in through steam in the war thunder log in page. afterwards you will receive the DLC content
