Not normally my type of music, but it has cool visuals and is still a lot of fun to play through. Rhythm games always hold my attention.

It has some flaws--mostly with the RTS elements, which are fun but have a learning curve and could have been explained a bit better--but everything else about the game is perfect. The characters & story, the soundtrack and usages of music, and the environments come together and make for such a wildly unique and memorable game that is an absolute joy to play through, especially for fans of the past decades of rock & metal. It was clearly a passion project for the developers, and there are really no other games like it.

One of my all-time favorites, and a must-play for fans of the rock & metal genres. It's such a shame it still hasn't gotten a sequel after so long, but I'm still holding out hope they will make one some day.

Great remake of the original. It could have used a bit more polish in places, but it is a very faithful remake, even keeping the original dialogue and soundtrack intact which was a huge win for me since that's a big thing I'm really picky about with remakes (I'm looking at you, Demon's Souls). The new multiplayer mode feels a little tacked on, but it can be fun to play through a few times with a friend. Still one of my favorite games and one I love to revisit for a playthrough now and then.
