I´m ZenG aka Sec0nd, im playing csgo/cs2 around 2k hours. 2022: I started playing csgo on laptop from 2013 for around 80e and i played csgo on low settings around 30/40fps its not good but for little me its good. In 2023 i bought pc for 200e from second hand it has a i5-7400 3GHZ, GTX 1050 Ti and 16gb of ram. Its not revelutionary but its mid for csgo. CS2 starts and PC its not good for it around 70FPS ing on Dust II. I said in my mind: i have slow pc i must gonna upgrade it but dont have too much money for brand new pc. After this i said in mind i was finding new pc i found GPU from second hand GTX 1660 Ti and i bought new pc parts bcs i need that Ryzen 5 3600, 32GB of ram. Its budget pc for me bcs i bought it around 600e and cs2 runs at 200-250fps on mirage :).
