This DLC although may not be correct when it comes to cities, it nails the scenery. I saw a few negative reviews of people who are “angry” because of this, but I don’t get it. It feels like Oregon.

American Truck Simulator is the best five bucks I’ve ever spent! I never imagined a game where you just drive a semi could be so fun and relaxing. American Truck Simulator is a very realistic truck simulator. You have to pay close attention to your mirrors, know when your headlights must be on, use blinkers, pay attention to speed limits, pay attention to stop lights and signs, pull into weighing stations for inspections, get gas, keep up on maintenance for your vehicle, pay attention to when you need to exit the highways and interstates, and more! It’s the most realistic driving simulator I’ve ever played. If you want a relaxing game where you can just sit back and calm yourself down, then this is for you. I sometimes put music on during the long drives. Final verdict: 8.7/10

Hollow Knight isn’t your typical $14.99 game. Most of the time a game with such a low price tag is low quality, extremely repetitive, and short, but Hollow Knight is different. Hollow Knight is a breath of fresh air in the gaming world.

Releasing February 24th, 2017; Hollow Knight was instantly over shadowed by the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild which released only seven days later. Hollow Knight went under the radar till the following year when major companies like IGN noticed it. Hollow Knight was scored at 9.4/10 by IGN. Hollow Knight was finally getting the popularity it deserved. Hollow Knight blew up selling millions of copies over the past few years and widely regarded as the best Metroidvania of all time and one of the greatest games ever made.

Hollow Knight is a 2D platformer, Metroidvania, Soulslike that takes place in the kingdom of Hallownest. The Knight (you) was called to this great, abandoned kingdom by a great cry. The Knights goal is to uncover what happened to this once thriving kingdom. Along the way you will meet many new people, explore the vast, beautiful kingdom, discover many enemies, and fight many incredibly crafted bosses.

There’s so much I could talk about here, but this is one of the Masterpieces that it’s better to discover what the game has to offer on your own. Enjoy!

I’ve always looked forward to the DLCs in Diablo games, and Vessel of Hatred fully delivers. The new area is very cool and unique, the story is interesting and leaves me wondering what’s next, the new rune system is really cool and makes gems feel kinda useless now (unless the item only has one socket of course), the boss fights are much harder than the base game, but so far they’ve lacked the same atmosphere of the original games boss fights, and the best part of the DLC is by far the new class; Spiritborn. The Spiritborn feels like a completely different class in every build which makes it the most replay able class in the entire franchise in my opinion. The Spiritborn can pretty much be whatever you want. You want to focus on DPS? You can do that. You want to focus on being a tank? You can do that ETC. I just love the openness and complexity of the class which makes it my favorite class in the franchise officially dethroning the necromancer.

I highly recommend this DLC if you like Diablo 4. It’s impossible to complain about this (unless you like to whine). Now that we have a great DLC; Blizzard should shift gears and release Diablo 2 and 3 on Steam!

A was originally going to wait longer to review this, but I decided I wanted to leave a positive review since everyone else is leaving negative reviews. First some background with my Diablo 4 experience. Last year I preordered this on PlayStation and played it on launch day. It was incredible them and it’s even better today due to the amount of content they’ve added and the DLC. I decided to buy this since it was on sale and I’ve wanted it on Steam for a while so I could play this on my Steam Deck. Now I’m going to begin the actual review.

Diablo 4 is the greatest action RPG of all time. Diablo 4 took everything 2 and 3 did and improved on it. One of my biggest issues with Diablo 3 was the lack of complexity. Diablo 2 was way more complex than 3 which made it a massive step down when 3 released. Diablo 4 went back to the roots with an incredible skill system with thousands of combinations and each combination is unique. Another thing the Diablo franchise in general lacked was a strong story. Diablo 4 went heavy on the story and that was just perfect for someone like me. Another improvement was gameplay. Diablo gameplay has never felt this good. Another improvement was endgame content. In 3 you had bounty’s, nephalem rifts, and seasons. Bounty’s kinda got boring fast, but the rest was pretty good. Diablo 4 heavily improved on the endgame content and some of that has to do with the fact it’s basically a MMO at this point. World bosses, world events, new dungeons that you can party up with other players, world tiers (which the system is different now) the helltides, and three paragraphs of content that I don’t want to spoil. The world is incredible too. Diablo 4 although open world; it doesn’t feel open world since every area has meaning unlike most open worlds that have empty, meaningless places. Diablo 4 has something to do in literally every inch of the map. The people who say they ran out of content in two days have barely touched the surface of content Diablo 4 has to offer. I also want to add that the DLC is absolutely incredible and I highly recommend getting it. You can play as soon as you finish the opening prologue in the main campaign. I would recommend you play the campaign until you get a mount before you play the DLC or run a seasonal character if you wish to skip the campaign because it will make exploring the world WAY harder and a bit tedious if you don’t have a mount.

At the end of the day every game has a community of haters and Diablo 4 has a big one. Don’t listen to the haters; instead buy the game any try it yourself. If you don’t go into the game with a negative mindset; then you won’t have negative thoughts about it. Negativity makes people blind to how good games truly are. Diablo 4 is truly incredible and I highly recommend it.

I’ve only beaten the tutorial and I’ve already replaced Mario Kart.

I could have bought ten justified Costco hotdog combos and fed ten homeless, but instead I bought Balatro. 100% justified choice.

Though I didn’t finish it; I feel like I did play enough to decide whether I like the game or not. I do think it’s the weakest souls game, but it’s not bad. I don’t recommend it as your first souls game, but once you have at least one souls game under your belt you’re good to go.
