Tokyo Ghoul is a manga by Sui Ishida, published since 2011, in the genres of senen, horror, drama, action and science fiction. It consists of two main manga: Tokyo Ghoul (143 chapters) and Tokyo Ghoul:re (179 chapters), which continues the story of the first. There is also a short web spin-off Tokyo Ghoul: Jack (7 chapters). Since 2014, an anime adaptation has been released, the plot of which is slightly different from the original, especially in the second season. There are also various short stories.
