Both games focus on stealth, exploration, and combat, allowing players to approach challenges in a variety of ways.
They share a similar art style, with a focus on atmospheric environments and detailed character designs.
Both games have a strong emphasis on player choice and agency, allowing players to shape the story and outcome through their actions.

Setting: Prey takes place in a sci-fi setting on a space station, while Dishonored is set in a steampunk-inspired world with a focus on Victorian-era London and a fantasy world.
Gameplay mechanics: Prey introduces new mechanics such as hacking and crafting, while Dishonored focuses on stealth, agility, and supernatural abilities.
Story: Prey’s story is more focused on the protagonist’s personal journey and the consequences of their actions, while Dishonored’s story is more focused on the protagonist’s quest for revenge and the fate of the world.
Tone: Prey has a more horror-focused tone, with a greater emphasis on tension and survival, while Dishonored has a more action-oriented tone with a focus on exploration and combat.
Comparison:

Stealth: While both games have stealth elements, Prey’s stealth is more focused on avoiding detection and hiding from enemies, while Dishonored’s stealth is more focused on sneaking past or taking out enemies silently.
Combat: Prey’s combat is more focused on using the environment and hacking to take out enemies, while Dishonored’s combat is more focused on using the protagonist’s agility and supernatural abilities to take out enemies.
Exploration: Both games have a strong focus on exploration, but Prey’s world is more linear and focused on the space station, while Dishonored’s world is more open-world and focused on the city.

Ultimately, both Prey and Dishonored are excellent games that offer unique experiences and gameplay mechanics. If you enjoy sci-fi settings and a focus on survival, Prey may be the better choice. If you prefer a steampunk setting and a focus on action and exploration, Dishonored may be the better choice.
