Showing yourself in a sad mood, isn't a weakness, people cannot help without knowing your true emotions, so be open and always try to make those people happy, who are important to you, they do the same for you anytime, anywhere.
Same with tears which are the last scream of help somebody cannot hold back, so act before it's too late for the person you like or even love and someday, maybe not tomorrow but definitely that person you'de helped, will do the same for you that's why they are your friend...lover....right? having someone so you won't be alone someone you can trust, and believe me that person exists...maybe you haven't found that person yet, but keep looking, everybody deserves a friend or lover and YOU, are NO exception, life is harsh yet you lived till this day right? Don't let it be your last, better times will come I promise, and try to be yourself and put that mask away, which you use to say Everything is FINE, sometimes Life ISN'T just FINE, it can be HORRIBLE but also EXCELLENT you know? Dreams coming true, aren't a coincidence, you've worked hard for it, in some way or another and you deserve it like that true friend or lover...
