Its good especially for someone who has climbing experience, BUT I am not sure I will keep playing it since her stamina and resources (food, water) are very weak and less. There are only 2 chocolates that does not fill up the hunger bar (there are 3 bars for each category : hunger, thirst, and I forget the last one). Also 1 noodle ONLY. Really? I would say give her multiple MRE that can fill her up for long time and several chocolates. Even when I hike I bring more food that her :D
Maybe a shop in several checkpoint? There is always a restaurant or rest area in high altitude.

And also the pitons are really easy to break, so you will end up with 3 for higher rock climbing. This is REALLY bad. Perhaps she starts rock climbing with bad equipments?

If developer fix this, I would totally play it again. For now, the demo is a pain in the ass, so a no for me. I died 12 times due to lack of food and stamina.
