If there was a 'meh' button i would press that, but as a revieuw for myself, i didn't enjoy it that much. The different gameplay like the cooking is so needlesly complicated, and its not possible to fully play with the xbox controller. I also ran into the problem of when you build, you cant change the walls and type of rooms once you build them, and now i have one room in the second motel that doesnt have bathroom access and i dont know what to do about it. (if anyone has tips for that pls help im stuck) and in general, the dialoge is sometimes so weirdly written? Like it feels sometimes that hank his respones go fully unnoticed when having a scripted dialoge? It just feels weird and it's hard to explain, but the art is really nice and cozy. idk it feels like it's probably more fun to play on the second playthrough if you could skip all the tutorials i think. Anyways see for yourself i personally regretted it

So after a few hours, more like 5 cuz i read slowly and went all out on the decorating part, I can say it's very good! But after two maps the story ends and the game becomes sandbox and that kinda bothers me, you just get invested in the story and the relationships of the characters and then it ends. I know more is in the making but it just feels like a bad ratio of price and content to me, even tho the game is stunning!! Just for the graphics alone i want to play more, but once it becomes sandbox it just doesn't feel the same, it just feels mundane in a way because you don't have a goal anymore, with the story you were progressing in some way but in sandbox you really are just there. Quickly becoming bored of the recurring dialogue and having more resources than you can manage, also i love that we get so many things by just taking time to wander around, but i really wish there ware more hairstyles to find as well, the outfits are nice but i personally didn't find any other hairstyles exept for the basic once you get in the beginning.
Also wanted to add that I loved how Leshy and Baba Jaga talked to each other like old frieds just got me giggling that dialogue was well written

Started playing this game before exams, got absolutely destroyed mentally.
Will do it again. 10/10

it's a great game, cozy and with lots of puzzles, but damn when your almost at a checkpoint the string gets tight and multiple time's I could't reach the checkpoint cuz it just wasn't letting me. And if you can find a way to drown you have to restart the lvl from the beginning. I would say it's not worth it just because of this weird glitch
