You just ask them to call the IPS, reset the net, they will check for you if you are getting the correct speed, worst case they will send you a new box in 3 days

Its a one day fix, depending on your age its 1 phone call a a 5 minute reset, You're really good i wouldn't block you anyhow. We would just have some salty fights. The late light fight club Belongs to owen trillson when you get it fixed come join
