1 deep dish pie crust
3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled + grated
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 400°. Grate apples into deep dish pie crust. Drizzle with melted butter. Mix dry ingredients, then mix in milk, then eggs. Pour cream mixture over apples.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 30-40 minutes.
