Tbh I'm not invested in the story that much..
The gameplay is really fun and enjoyable! Exploration and combat are satisfying af!

Very fun and enjoyable gameplay! And the graphics hold up really well too! Oh and only for ~2,2euros? A huge bargain!

Didn't expect this to be that cool! They really delivered! Hats off!!
I'll rate it 9.5/10 though just for the occassional stutters/frame drops and for a late game (about 1/10th of the game, nothing major) very tedious part (for my taste).

Started highly and had the potential to become the greatest fighting game ever, but went completely downhill from there.
Until you fix the numerous issues of the game that you ignore and refuse to address AND ofc do finally some justice to Kaz, instead of monetizing everything, I won't change my review. Shame on you bamco, you're such idiots and greedy people with predatory behaviour, absolute scums..

Excellent work Capcom, respect!
Mixes the maps, ads a ton of new stuff and the cherry on top is the boss fights, unique and challenging! Took me almost 5 hrs to beat it on hardcore (tbh I managed to die 3-4 times at some random weird points lol) and I explored everything! Definitely recommended and heck it feels like a steal, it's worthy of every penny!!

Why turn the Duke into a bad guy? He was so cool and fun! Also, am I the only one who thinks that the face eaters look like mummies? Only ~half of Rose's part is kinda worthy. I'm kinda torn about Mercs still. Anyways, overall hilariously expensive on its own (outside the gold edition) and is also needed for 100% completion, lol Capcom, give us a break.

Huge game with some tough enemies and interesting puzzles! Don't forget to explore every bit of it! The horror aspect is on point whilst some places can have an annoying feeling added to it. Definitely worth of a playthrough by every fellow RE enjoyer out there!

P.S.; The DLC imo is not worth it (unless you're going for all achievements trophy or you want, like me, the 3rd person perspective). Shadows of Rose is a decent (2-3hr) minigame (well a "full game" if we're refering to RE3 remake's standards hehe) but after about the midpoint it overstays its welcome and becomes boring and tedious, until the final showdown. Lastly. the mercs are cool but kinda weird ngl

They destroyed Racoon city.. Literally. Before the missile. It's so small and easy to guide and find everything you need in minutes, whereas in the original you needed 2-3 hours of exploration. They only solid/worthy part is the hospital which is kinda maze-like and one spends adequate time there. Nemesis is kinda lame, easy to beat and not at all intimidating. His new voice is kinda memey and not scary. Manage to beat it in one sitting (~4 hrs). Lastly, where's the clocktower Capcom? How dare you remove such an iconic place?
Oh I almost forgot to mention, obviously there are no mercenaries in this cash grab. Even on sale it's still unworthy of 10 euros imo. 3-4 tops

In short, just a spectacular remake and game overall! It offers what we want; adds enough new things, mixes-up others whilst remaining respectful towards the original! Even better remake than RE2! 10/10, I'm amazed!

P.S.; Ok, you can't go everywhere right, personally the only things I disliked was; the Del Lago boss fight, no replenishing of ammo when upgrading the capacity of a gun and no u-3.
