great game from what I've experienced. Combat is hectic and explosive, dying is more likely to make you laugh than get frustrated because you revive quick and sometimes you are just in a bad spot. Great community, best showing for Co-op games I've seen so far this year.


Sadly I do not have a PSN account nor will I be making one. Luckily I can still refund as I've been too busy with other games to hit my time limit for refund. Quite a few people in other countries likely can't, and I think that's a kind of evil, to sell a game then take it away after someone has enjoyed it and paid for it. Super earth should include everyone.

Game launched incorrectly and I had to blindly change the settings to be fullscreen. Went through introduction, game crashed. Played through section again, got to character creation, finished customizing. Game crashed again, wiping my progress.

If you can't launch your game in a playable state for someone with a pretty above average gaming setup, don't launch it. It's that simple. First time I'm ever refunding a game in my entire life. I had reasonable standards for this game and yet it's fallen so much lower than I thought possible.

I can't offer any great criticisms of gameplay, because the game failed to even get me to that stage.

Honestly, I was enjoying the game, I think it could be very good. But the devs seem dead set on changing things in worse directions rather than fixing bugs (like my achievements not getting proc'd) and adding new content, they want to artificially inflate the difficulty by retroactively adding false difficulty. Have you earned a lot of supplies? Decrease storage. Benefiting from a perk they deem too strong? Removed, no attempt to balance.

The game itself is janky and pretty boring for 70% of gameplay, the community has some good folks but plenty of people play the game just unwire your sub and leave. The game's gameplay is mainly a number check: Do you have the resources to survive an attack? Or the resources to defeat a monster? If yes, you win. If no, run or die. It's not particularly exciting after you've done it 100 times, after you've seen all the content the game offers, and the devs don't add new content. 1.0 was the biggest release ever, and yet the somehow didn't manage to add a single new monster that wasn't tied to endgame.

This game isn't worth $35, go play space station 13, it's free and somehow LESS janky and has a great community.
