Can't get rid of the smell

Dilation has been a nightmare, I hate the result. Can't even get licked because I smell so bad and there's nothing I can do. I shower regularly and can't really clean it inside because it either hurts like hell or (which happens most of the time) the damn thing gets stuck.

Is that something I just gotta live with now? An ugly, horribly useless, smelly fake coochie?
