honestly, mainly just the 30 fps, you can tell its a 3ds game so easily as well just by looking at the backgrounds. and there being no quick save/ save function being weak like an old school game where you have to save manually. Ended up running around for an hour to accidentally die then have to completely start over.

another thing, when playing pr you can skip a lot of the grind by just using some boosts and turning off encounters, once you get used to that its kind of hard to come back in comparison when its not even THAT good looking at all.

i think i will revisit this after i beat the pixel remasters and 7-10 then give it a better shake, depending on when i get the rest of the series beat.

Ive spent so much money and time on this game, I would love to recommend it. But, this game is incomplete and has became a toxic af community. The gacha with the lightforge crates and cosmetics are the devs only concern, they only care about money. Then they rollout a new feature to make your life m,ore difficult every season which really just makes you stay at base, where you can still die in bed to temperature conditions.

There are entire areas that are incomplete concepts but the devs care more about making money with the mobile game rollout, you cant even play it on controller. Basically, this game is still in beta and they act like its done. Very dissappointing as I think this game has a lot of things that are really good, like deviants, animal taming, and general building is fun. the combat is ok at best. and everything else is below mid.

I dont recommend this game after 368, darn almost 369 hours.

I have put almost 5000 hours into this game. I figured it was time to recommend it. If you are looking for a game that will give you everything you need to call it home. Then here it is. The sub is annoying, and sometimes the story is mild af, especially in the beginning.

That being said, I still haven't even done everything in this game and I'm 5k hours in. With plans to maybe beat it all eventually. Get it and welcome home.

edit: got a lot of questions how i did this, if you beat down main msq, you will likely be at dawntrail within, 500 hours, i ended up deleting those comments since they were non constructive.

i have succesfully solod palace of the dead, gotten basically anything out of the saucer i needed, racing chocobo maxxed, lots of savage, extreme, even some ultimate raids done, crafters and gatherers almost maxxed and more. there is much more to this game than you will ever hope to accomplish in it.

While this game is addictingly fun and the concept for it and everything surrounding it is great! The hard lock to the better cars, bigger cp wallet, that you have to beat half the game, all of the early access, to get to is incredibly discouraging. All the good stuff is locked until you basically beat the last racer of the early access, meanwhile the racers you go against have suped up cars, which is neat as the type of car doesnt matter as the driver and the work that went into it.

I digress, game is amazing! I recommend waiting for the full release tho if you want to drive a skyline, lancer, or any of your favorite jdm cars.

i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this game, but it is fun, my biggest argument is the smoothness of the movement, the hit box is a little bigger or so it feels and the transition to transition in movement is either too exact or just stupid hard. yea yea yea skill issue, but i think this game could be more fun if you had movement/flow mechanics that made it easier to get from point a to point b.

also can we add a trick menu?

also i dont understand when you buy the ULTRA edition for $100 why you would have to still grind with everyone else for the cosmetics? no offense but like....cmon?

ty for giving me a vtuber gf without any of the hassle of a real gf. i appreciate it. all jokes aside its too cute, and while i love the silvy model, it would be cool to make custom pets. if you can please show me how.

I will be honest and say i didnt read ahead and just wanted to support capcom and saw the game was really cool. Unfortunately the drive tickets really only get you so much, and they dont even give you any of the transactional currency for other purchases in the game. Just get the regular game and wait to see if any body is still playing by the time this pass comes out.

Game is good, wish I didnt spend this money on literally nothing for me in the game until a year from now, but that was my decision.
