Since launch, there has been many improvements to the game, however, it still falls short of what could have been a great city builder. There are many cool new tools and features that I wish were in CS1, but this game lacks much in features from the original game that would have made it better. For me it was the asset editor as allowing the game to be customized for each different way you want to play the game. The community (in my opinion) made the game and having the support of the Devs, allowed it to be THE city builder game, no competition. But this lack from the start killed the game. Also, the performance of the game is HORRIBLE! This needs to change or most people will never be able to enjoy the game ever.
There are a lot of things that need to be fixed/included in order for this game to ever be comparable to CS1. It saddens me the potential of this game and seeing it be in this situation. Biggest upset of 2023 and 2024.
