Cannons are only good when you first start the hunt, it takes atleast 1 MAYBE 2 minutes to set them up but when you get them set you can do an instant cannon knock down if atleast 7-8 cannon shots hit him in either single to triple player hunts as long as you have heavy artillery on the set. This also helps break parts like the wings if they hit his wings with the cannon fire.
