It's really simply! Type !help to find a full list of functions in which the bot uses. Then choose an option for example !buytf and after type the !buytf type the number of keys you wanna buy with. The rest is all handled through the bot so no need to worry!

 
As we understand it is stressful when this happens, this can be caused for a number of reasons :

1 . You inventory could be private and therefore the bot will NOT trade with you.

2. You could have trade restrictions.

3. The item you are using to purchase with has a trade hold.
If however these are not the case please contact an admin.
