This game is absolutely amazing. It has such a great world to completely get lost in and Team Cherry has done such a good job at giving Hollow Knight an amazing story to go along with its incredible gameplay. After playing a couple of hours in the game I was bingeing YouTubers like Mossbang trying to wrap my head around the incredibly deep story the game presents.

In the early stages of the game, it is very easy to pick up the controls but if you don’t like them you can very easily change them around to your preferred arrangement. Once you pick up the controls and enter the initial town, you may get a little lost on what you are supposed to be doing. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED. If you stick with this game the results are very satisfying. The places that you go in the game are incredibly well done and very detailed. Some of the more significant places that you enter along your journey have breathtaking visuals that make you want to set up your house there and never leave.

As I mentioned before an entire world open’s up with unique stories for each person you cross and very interesting lore of the places you come across that Team Cherry has done a very good job at making feel very much alive. The bosses of this game are another thing to talk about. You will find yourself stuck on the many bosses for the longest time but all of them have such great rewards and are almost always worth the struggle.

I’ve played through this game many times and am still finding things about it that I haven’t noticed from the first few times. The game has A LOT of content but if you finish the game, and I mean the ENTIRE game, and you still want more, you will be pleased to know that Team Cherry is releasing a game called Silk Song. The game plans to go more into the backstory of one of the many characters throughout the game. But if the wait for Silk Song turns out to be too long for you then you can try modding the game to make it completely different or keep it mostly the same and just add something small. Overall, Hollow Knight is a great game with a great story and mechanics.
