1) Hardware requirements are not something that I can change. Those are the requirements needed by the engine the game was made on, and modifying those kind of things is extremely complex and very far above my level of skill. If you don't meet minimum requirements, I'm sorry to say not much can be done.

That being said, have you tried running the game with DX11? There is a pinned thread on the Steam Discussions, it has solved fatal error issues for a lot of players.

2) You're absolutely entitled for a refund. Steam handles all of that and I have no say in it. If you've played less than 2 hours and purchased the game less than 2 weeks ago, you will get refunded quickly.

I hope you get to try STANDBOX someday and I thank you for the interest in my game nonetheless.
