This game is seriously addictive. If you love The Sims franchise and management games in general, you'll enjoy this game. Interior decorating and making sweet money out of it? Stealing furniture from my clients? Designing a meth lab and brewery for the cartel? Living out my capitalist dreams? Yes, please!

HOWEVER, it is still in early access and there are quite a few bugs that I've encountered. I wouldn't be mentioning this particular bug in this review if it weren't so frustrating: after 14 hours of gameplay, my tenant count suddenly went up to 2315, which is literally impossible as I only had 4 properties. This made my game unplayable, crashing my game if/when it loads successfully (2 out of 5 times). And no, it's not a hardware capability issue as I'm running an R9 and a 2080S. The ability to SAVE your game at will would've probably SAVEd my game (pun intended!), but alas, this feature is unavailable. So, after I've made much progress in my game, I'm now left with no choice but to start anew. Not sure if I'll want to go through all of it all over again... not now, at least.

unbelievably addictive and fun. gets a bit repetitive at some point, but if you play anything for more than 100 hours i guess that's what would happen. looking forward to playing all dlc's.

I cannot get over how seamless/natural this game feels both with regards to controls and management, and how immersive everything is. Everything looks beautiful. I hope new additions are on the horizon! I'll surely play this game again.
