I am seriously concerned for your health both long-term and short. Your game hours indicate a very sedentary lifestyle. You simply cannot be healthy at all.

This is not intended to insult. Doing what I do for a profession, I can already assume you are overweight, inert, and have high if not extremely high blood pressure. I can usually assume due to these factors that your diet is also poor and you would get little exposure to sunlight, meaning you are vitamin D deficient.
