really good game and has a lot too it. it can be a slow start for many (definitely like myself) as there's not much to go off of to begin with. the best advice i can give is to hire a cheap crew (ESPECIALLY a geologist), talk with other crews (you get one or two diving with you for the first few months as a tutorial feature, and if you have other crew, they will talk and can give you astrogation points), go further than 10 kilometres deep ASAP (rocks are much denser and ores are richer, and rocks are basically guaranteed to drop an ore chunk when broken past that depth), and remember that more expensive DOES NOT mean better.

i've got more than 500 hours in this game (it'll say around 385 or so because i play a lot offline) and i can say that there's definitely stuff i've not seen yet from others in the discord, which is also a great place to find info. sadly the wiki isn't totally complete with information just yet, but i've seen a handful of users working on it from time to time so it's hopefully getting there
