Man I used to love this game.. Now it's become to boring and stagnant to the point I haven't played a proper match since April...

Not usually a fan of roguelikes or roguelites but this game is really something else.

Not only is the gameplay just solid, as it would being a movement shooter, but how you gain health is pretty cool and it "forces" you to engage with the destruction mechanics, which feel really dang solid! You see, you can stagger enemies by dropping debris on them. When you kill a staggered enemy, they drop health packs so you can heal yourself. It's already satisfying to drop debris on enemies, but this is a great way to kind of force players to use the main mechanic.
The guns are also really great!... I only used the pistol so far hehe... So let me talk about the weapon upgrades.
All of them are really fun modifications to your gun. Whether it be adding optics, more damage when sliding, more recoil in favor of more damage, and even different projectiles, like fire and ice, or a sawblade that can bounce between enemies. There's a lot, but at the same time I do keep seeing repeat modifications in my runs. Hopefully there'll be more mods added in the future. I mean, we'll most likely get more content, obviously. But still.

The environment also looks pretty fun, the upgrade system is neat in the fact that you need to first unlock the upgrade, *then* you can purchase the upgrade, and enhance it further by using another currency you find in runs. I only wish this game had co-op support, this could be fun with friends.

Overall, this game is pretty fun to play and you should totally try it out! I can't wait to try the different guns, advance to the other zones once I upgrade myself enough, and I look forward to future updates

Optimization is really bad, forcing me to enable frame generation tools and whatnot, but if you want more of Marvel's Spider-Man then well, you'll get that. But it's not the masterpiece the original was. It has its own story but some aspects aren't fleshed out well enough to feel warrented or earned. However the gameplay is the best in the series yet and is always a joy to play.
I played this on PS5 back when it first released and beaten the main story twice so I can say this game is super fun. Although I'd recommend waiting for a sale. Sure, $60 is still worth it but this game's main story is shorter than Marvel's Spider-Man so that's why I mention it.

Well, SUPERHOT VR is pretty dang amazing! I've played the original SUPERHOT before but this game completely blows that game out of the water for me. I love that this game is built on roomscale dodging, because in the later levels it can get really hectic with you dodging or even cutting bullets to survive.
So yeah, if you have a VR headset and you're looking for a game that is as fast as your body can move, I'd 100% recommend

Good... Not as good as Subnautica, but if you want more Subnautica... Yeah. Go wild with this game.

Didn't expect much, but I found myself to have played a fun puzzle horror game

I love surprising players by walking through doors and throwing people into Shreddy Fazchair to finish them

Didn't expect to have this much fun as both killer and survivor, it's pretty great. Grab it while it's on sale

Not going to lie, I wasn't expecting much with LAN Party. But it's actually really good!

If you want an exact detail on what this "game" is about, here's a rundown.
It's a social game where you host lobbies for your friends to join in and you can share your screen within the virtual room so you can have a... party. LAN Party... Anyway, so if that was all LAN Party had to offer I would be skeptical too. However this has some more meat on its bones.
For one, you can fully import your very own model from a software like Blender, including animations you yourself have created, and wear it as your avatar for all your friends to see.

Speaking of avatars, if you want an avatar but don't know how to model or import models, you can grab community created avatars from the market!.. At least once there *is* models, I'd like to contribute to the market sometime.

You also have not-so-full control over your room layout. The only limitation is you can't punch holes in your walls and you can't leave any wall exposed to the skybox, so your room will have to be that.. Just a single room and not a house like I wanted. But besides that limit, you can place a ton of furniture both built into the game *and* assets you can also import like avatars.

Game streaming to screens in-game works really well too! I actually played a fast paced game directly from LAN Party at 30fps and it worked really well with minimal latency. So if you want "full immersion" there's nothing stopping ya.

All in all, I would recommend LAN Party. It's free, devs are awesome (one of them even helped get my complex model in this game!) and this game thingy is also awesome. Highly recommend all around!
