This episode was really fun! I think it was better and more enjoyable in parts than HL2, though HL2 also shined more in other parts, but ultimately I think that EP2 was definitely better than both HL2 and HL2 EP1. In this I really enjoyed the new and improved companion AI and the sections with Alyx that complimented it. Like how you could through barrels and Alyx shoot them at the enemies or you could shine a light and have Alyx use its light to attack. Overall many fun and great parts. The ending fight was a bit anti-climatic as it was just a strider, which we had seen many times before. But the ending itself was good with the citadel exploding.

The HD remake of Serious Sam Classic The First Encounter also completed 10 years. God I can't believe I did not review it yet.

The game is same as classic faithful remake, except it adds more secrets to original. Especially in last climax Great Pyramid map. Visually its marvelous. Maps like Dunes, Alley of the Sphinxes, Karnak, Luxor, Great Pyramid and Moon Mountains look very stunning. The action is same fast and furious especially Dunes. Enemies as relentless. However my only comp-laint is the enemy count bug in climax level. For some reason most people never could get 100% kills in last map always stuck at 620-630 mark from 700 odd. The bull waves seems to get bugged on outside. I wish Devs had fixed it or someone posted a tutorial if possible to get correct spawns kills.

Imagine this.

You wake up in the dark. Surrounded by darkness and the only think you can hear is chainsaws from your enemies stepping forward you to kill you. Your only options are to kill or be killed.

To describe what I played. I couldn't even imagine the throttle, the pase, the hunt for blood that the game put me in. DUSK is as fast as you want. You want to go crazy? Go crazy with the semi-auto bhop shooting rampage of fast or die situations. You want to go bit slower? Calm down and shoot like thief in shadows... the game got what you want. So take it! Show it your real talent... THE REAL POWER THAT IS IN YOU!

Just to be clear. I've got this game in the BOOMER SHOOTER Humble Bundle bundle and was really happy with the experience that DUSK gave me. I cannot do anything else, than just recomend. Buy it! Because its worth it!
