Look, it's got flaws. It's not the game I wanted it to be. But it's very solid and has made me hopeful for BioWare's future. Also, I cannot believe a AAA game released that's optimized, runs well, and has had zero crashes (for me, anyway) on launch day.

Give this game a chance. The first section is a little messy and I wish that they had done maybe some Origins-style intros that let you actually play what you mostly just end up being told about. But I think once you overcome that, there's a lot of enjoyment to be had.

Bellara is very annoying though.
