Multiple thousand hours on soulsborne games, I loved each of them in their own way. I came into AC6 knowing it is absolutely not soulsborne, just made by the same creators. Fromsoft did not disappoint, my only wish is that the game would be much harder, even harder than pre-nerfing. I first played with bipedal reverse-joint legs, rocking dual pulse missile launchers for arm parts and plasma missile launchers for shoulder parts. This setup steamrolled the entire game down the "bad" ending. Even easier was my NG+ setup of the tankiest parts on the tankiest tank treads with 2 miniguns and 2 stun needle launchers. Reverse joint setup died maybe twice or three times per hard boss, while the tank setup never died at all. Besides that, the game is gorgeous and runs perfectly with 0 crashes or freeze-ups 26 hours in. Personally, this has taken the mantle as my 2nd favorite game and the following AC games will likely replace it forevermore.

To summarize; this game is wonderful and if you're coming from Soulsborne games with an open mind, it'll treat you well. Not NEARLY as hard as soulsborne games but still a wonderful experience. In my experience very customizable and workable.
