This game is fun and has a lot to offer, but playing with your friends is a nightmare, and there's no excuse for this. This is a $70 game; I should not have to jump through 40 hoops just to play with my friends. Join a link party, join a lobby, join this, join that, and still can't join and play together. It's a huge headache for no reason. I would not recommend this game just based on this fact alone, especially if you want to have a good, fun experience with friends. I would only recommend it to play in single-player
