Um, I know this maybe a little too late but i just downloaded this game and played it then it gets so many bugs.First, i wanna say that this game is a very great game but the bug makes me cannot enjoy the entertainment that this game gives.
So this is my problem
- The characters didn't show up when there is a story/treasure story event onging which is why i know this i watched people played in youtube and they have the characters show up and mine not
- The cutscene many times gets into blacscreen and i don't know how to fix it and i can't find the solution
please help i want to play and enjoy this game so much
i really appreciater for your help guyss :)

if you asking about my specs i will put here too so you can give me the best solution to fix this
CPU : Intel core i7-9750H
RAM : 16GB
Video card : Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650
and i have windows 10 laptop
