"The Global Elite" is the highest rank ingame & 99% of it are clean players with Major Tournament skills.
In contrast to "Trust-Factor" aka. "Hack vs. Hack" , there is no chance to play against clean's unless you play the game 24 hrs everyday for 2 years straight and get decently good trust factor. Have fun playing it.
