Papich - he is Arthas, he is papa, he is Vitaliy Tsal, he is Papisi, Papulity. The most famous streamer in the CIS. He began his career with Dota 2 streams. In Dota, Arthas was remembered for his good understanding of the game (no) and high skill (no).
