the indication of cheating isnt overall kd its a massive increase in kd over a short period of time and once again you have given no evidence proving that he is hacking and have proven time and time again that you are lying. For one LOOK AT THE DESTINY TRACKER and you will see that he DOESNT USE HANDCANNONS like you accusing him of cheating with. before you lie about someone you should probably do some research because you are making accusations that do not line up with his stats or account. Someone who is better doesn't need hacks. He has blatant hacks. Nobody in Destiny can take several headshots from a hc and be legitimate without activating an ability repeatedly, the only ones that do that that fast require a kill, which he didn't get. And this happened repeatedly. If im so ignorant of facts then why can't you give me one single logical explanation as to how that's not hacks. And that's before going into his hand cannon 2 tapping, which isn't possible except in one or two very rare instances that require multiple damage buffs.
