I like it, but I think that they should add a way to create your own pipelines, railways, highways, the budget, etc. Mainly things that you can do in the normal game, but not able to add/change while modding.
Also, no matter what I do Covid-19 doesn't work when modding. I created a custom nation, and messed around with everything and it still won't start, it's only under the World Issues page and the infection is at 0.
