A long time ago, there was almost no statistics that showed people were left handed. this is not because no one was left handed, but because at the time, it was incredibly dangerous to be so. why you may ask? Because being left handed was associated with witchcraft. SO since the general public was incredibly dangerous for left handed people, they were scared to admot that they were, and would write and use their right hand with enourmous difficulty. When left handed people were no longer associated with witches, the statistics flew through the roof. Not because everyone suddenly "became" left handed, but because it was less dangerous to be public about being so.
