We marched for days... finding solace within the frozen depths of a berg with an old generator. It was a sight for sore eyes. Yet.. the captain... the fire in his eyes burned hotter and far brighter than the inferno keeping our bones warm. He mumbled something, ordering coal mines to be built and signing off on a law... Our Children put to work in hot houses to help feed us.. at least it is a safe job.

I'm off to the Workshop. We've been ordered to research a weather balloon to scout the Ice Shelf for potential survivors... though I worry with the Captain mentioning Children as top priority.. he's been harassing the council to push a new law, yet we've only just arrived. I worry for what storms brews within his mind.

Our children... occupying the mines whilst Foreman whip them to make them work... everything is run by the small hands of our children... and yet my fellow Englishman watch and do naught. The "peace keepers", as some have mentioned themselves to be, enforce these cruel laws... is this the price of prayer for the Sun to rise and warm our bones for but a moment? Heavens save our children, for our Captain will not.

Spawned, was given a rifle, told to charge the trenches. Watched my commanding officer get blown to bits by artillery fire. I couldn't hear over the ringing in my ears. Boys, dressed as men, fighting in a war none of us wanted. 9/10 would get PTSD again

Early Access Review
I've never heard of Baldur's Gate until my ex bought this game for me. It had it's issues at launch, where we couldn't properly play multiplayer, there would be frequent bugs, and severe lagging.

Despite these few short comings, I have never fallen in love with a game faster than I have with Baldur's Gate 3. To this day, I cannot find another game that has me coming back time after time again to find new things, hidden traps, different paths, alternate voice lines based on race and class. Despite every single bug where the game crashed upon loading, I refuse to put it down.

I will never not recommend this game.
