At first I didn't really like the game. However after I started unlocking more parkour tricks and got more used to it and the combat it soon became addictive. I took my time exploring every discoverable place on the map and upgrading my character. By the end of the story I nearly had all the skills unlocked.

Here are the good things:
- Optimization (Could run perfectly fine on gtx 970 and doesn't look bad at all)

- Parkour and combat (Obviously)

Soundtrack (as you parkour, a dynamic soundtrack will start to play which changes based on your movement. Sometimes I just continued to Parkour past the objective just to keep the music flowing)

- The Story (Lawan and Hakon were my favourites)

- Verticality of the central loop

The only bad things with this game are the somewhat boring side quests and night atm (which the Devs have said they're "upgrading and improving".

I got the bad ending and decided to do new game +. DO NOT DO NEW GAME +. It wipes all of the map that you've discovered and most of the enemies are stronger which just makes combat boring. I guess I'll have to do a fresh replay of dl2 in a bit.

I recommend you buy this game. Masterpiece with a few flaws that are getting fixed anyways.

Hunt Showdown does all this, but better.

The amount of fun you can have on this game with friends is unbeatable, even if you are as ♥♥♥♥ as me.

Ready or Not, the successor to SWAT 4. The most immersive and fun tactical shooter I have played, apart from Insurgency Sandstrom. Remember this game is in Early Access and the Devs said that everything that is in the game now or that will be added before 1.0 will be changed, improved or overhauled, including the AI. A PvP mode will be added after CO-OP will be finished.

The maps in RoN are probably the best I have seen in any game. They are complex, beautifully designed and have lots of corners and nook and crannies where suspects can hide. The colours used in these maps help to give a dark and unsettling enviroment. The lore and story of the game and city can be literally seen in these maps. From crackheads to human trafficking, there are some truly dark stories to be unravelled just through exploring these maps.

The gunplay in RoN is on-par or even better than Modern Warfare 2019's animations. The recoil and sound effects give a real kick to the weapons while still being low enough to feel like a properly trained SWAT operator who has had years of experience with these weapons. The different calibres can be felt. 762 kicks, 9mm not as much. These calibres are also important to determine how quick you can drop a threat. AP will drop armoured targets quicker than JHP but it can be risky since you can penetrate walls easily and could potentially kill a civilian. Talking about guns. The customization in RoN is pretty good but it will be improved on. At the moment gun customization is good, but the rig customization is phenomenal and not as complex as Ground Branch. You can choose the amount of mags, bangs and door wedges for example. The equipment and tools in RoN will let you clear a compound in the way that you find the most fun.

The visuals in RoN are amazing. Better than most AAA games out there. And the good thing is that the optimization is surprisingly good and it will also be improved. For example I have a GTX970 and on high settings I regularly get 60 FPS. The beautiful graphics and effects can be seen in the maps, especially CLUB. The explosions in RoN and the effects from flashbangs in RoN are the best i have seen in a game hands down.

The AI in RoN are the best out of every coop game, but even the Devs themselves have said that they need work. The AI do create intense gunfights. They take cover from gunfire (which is very effective since they are so hard to hit lol) they also run, flank, hide and can outsmart you which is definetly cool, but sometimes they can turn into John Wick and straight up one tap you. But fear not since the Devs have confirmed that they will be overhauled, as well as the SWAT AI. The SWAT AI in RoN can be controlled using a command menu. At the moment they aren't the best and will mostly just stare at a wall but they will take down threats quickly and efficiently. This is why I recommend you use the RoN Discord LFG channel to find people to play with. I have used this all the time and I have met some very cool people. I do not recommend you use the game's matchmaking option since you will encounter some weird people.

I haven't covered everything in this review but I truly think this game is a must buy for tactical shooter enjoyers or for people who want to shoot innocent people. Also there is a school shooting level that is coming which is amazing. 10/10 buy this game as every update improves it.

Get in the trench and shoot the French.

Everything about this game is good. Play it for PvP, not for PvE.

-Best soundtrack
-Best PvE concept
-Best replayability
-Best extraction shooter

Game has some minor bugs but the benefits outweigh them.
