This account looks like a usual scammer to me. Beware. He added me and another friend of mine in 2019! I suspect it's an account waiting to "switch and bait" that is, to change the avatar+name to pose as me/my friend to scam either of us by pretending to be the old, long-term friend.

Neither me nor the friend knew him when I asked.
Reported and removed out of caution.
