Report a translation problem
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and feta cheese each
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
2. Add yogurt, milk, and oil to form dough.
3. Knead dough for 5-7 min on floured surface.
4. Cover dough, let rest for 30 min.
5. Preheat skillet/griddle on medium-high heat.
6. Divide dough into 6, roll into circles.
7. Sprinkle cheeses on each circle, leaving edges.
8. Fold dough, press edges to seal.
9. Cook naan for 2-3 min each side until golden.
10. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
